Variable Speed Belt Gear Motors Speed Reducer Gearbox
Adjustable speed belt gear motors are space-saving, consistently adjustable drives. In the standard edition the central adjustment is made with a hands wheel. Unlike inverter operation the motor power remains constant and the torque raises if the rate of the electric motor drops.
The variable speed gear unit
housing includes a Variable Speed Belt Gear Motors Speed Reducer Gearbox tested symmetrical design. The adjusting pulleys have got a wedge designed symmetrical cross section with low mass. The shape of the pulleys ensures uniform flank pressure and therefore high power transmission, also at high belt swiftness.
The effect is optimal control behaviour with uniform distribution of forces and minimal energy consumption.
