EVER-POWER Gear Factory – Sichuan Danchi Precision Technology Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Hengli Group, spans an area of 100,000 square meters. The company employs 260 staff members, including 56 mid-to-senior-level technical professionals. It integrates research and development, manufacturing, and sales, positioning itself as a major supplier of automotive manufacturing and precision transmission components.
With over 40 years of expertise in gear machinery manufacturing, our products serve various industries, including automotive, chemical, aerospace, agricultural machinery, textiles, and wind power. We have an annual production capacity of 1 million sets for automotive rear axle main reduction gears and 4 million pieces for automotive transmission gears, engine timing gears, and general precision transmission components.
Our advanced equipment includes the American Gleason M&M350GMM gear measuring center, German Kapp KX300P worm grinding machine, Swiss Reishauer gear grinding machine, Italian SU shaving cutters and CNC radial gear shaving machines, American Gleason gear milling machines, Austrian Aichelin multi-purpose furnace production lines, robotic turning processing units, Hardinge CNC turning centers, and Tokyo Precision roundness instruments. These facilities represent internationally advanced and domestically leading core technology and precision testing equipment.
We have obtained several certifications, including ISO/TS16949 quality system certification from Germany’s TÜV Rheinland Group, occupational health and safety management system certification, environmental management system certification, and third-level enterprise certification for safety production standardization. Through the development and application of digital information systems like Product Data Management (PDM), Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), and intelligent access control channels, we have initially achieved full-process information integration from design and development to manufacturing control and resource allocation. Recognized as a national high-tech enterprise, we have established the Sichuan Provincial Enterprise Technology Center, with several R&D project achievements receiving national patent certificates.
